Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the opportunities we currently have available.
The role of a Mane Chance ambassador is two-fold – first to raise the profile of the charity by being the public face of MCS in the local community and second to raise money for the charity. We are looking to recruit MCS ambassadors throughout the UK and are delighted to have in place already ambassadors as far afield as Cheshire and Dublin!
Our ambassadors support us by organising and overseeing fundraising events for us in their local community, by organising collections, by arranging and giving talks to groups such as the Rotary Club and WI and by networking for us to encourage ‘in kind’ donations – whether bales of hay or advice on drainage! They seek out opportunities for MCS e.g. to be the chosen charity of the year for a school or company, they source prizes for our raffles and auctions and they encourage people taking part in organised events, such as marathons and fun runs, to choose Mane Chance as their charity to support. You don’t have to do all these things to be a Mane Chance ambassador, just doing one or two has the potential to make a real difference!
We have a whole range of resources to support our ambassadors – from powerpoint presentations to use when giving talks, to fundraising kits to use when organising a collection and leaflets and information to distribute to spread the word about the charity.
If you think you have what it takes to be a Mane Chance ambassador or if you would like to find out more, please contact us on email@example.com
