Visit of the Duchess of Edinburgh to Mane Chance Sanctuary - Wednesday 25th September 2024

We require the submission of a completed form for each person attending the event on the 25th September, and in the case of young people under the age of 18, we require a parent or responsible adult to complete this form and give their consent.
Forms must be completed and submitted before the end of 23rd September 2024.

As part of the visit, two photographers and a videographer will be present – booked by Mane Chance Sanctuary and the Press Office of Buckingham Palace. The deputy Lord Lieutenant of Surrey will also be present.

Photographs and/or video will be taken for publicity purposes and may be used by Mane Chance Sanctuary, Surrey Lieutenancy and/or the royal household. These images may appear in printed publications, on websites, in the news media or on social media platforms.

By attending this event, young people are likely to appear in photographs and/or videos.

Their use may include:

Printed publicity or promotional materials produced by Mane Chance Sanctuary, Surrey Lieutenancy or the Press Office of Buckingham Palace, including newspapers, magazines, leaflets, posters, newsletters etc.
Online websites and social media channels of Mane Chance Sanctuary, Surrey Lieutenancy and the royal household.
News channels
