James McCarthy BSc MSc MRAeS

James started his career as an investment analyst at Richmond Capital LLP before specialising in aircraft finance at Boeing Capital Corporation. Most recently he was part of the founding team of Dynam Aviation, a Dublin-based aircraft leasing firm.

Throughout his career, James has led and contributed to cross-functional teams in various jurisdictions, with a particular focus on emerging markets.

Having joined Mane Chance in 2018, James is motivated by seeing that two vulnerable creatures can help one another heal. The benefit of interaction between horses and people is profound and while it is sad that sanctuaries like Mane Chance need to exist, it is vital that it does.

Alongside Mane Chance Sanctuary, James serves as a Trustee for Lucy Air Ambulance for Children and on the board of the ISTAT Humanitarian Foundation.
